Vomiting and diarrhea may occur together and have many causes, including eating garbage, foreign body or toxin ingestion, gastrointestinal parasites, gastrointestinal infection or inflammation, stomach ulcers, inflammation of the pancreas, inflammatory bowel disease, food allergies, hormonal abnormalties, liver or kidney disease and gastrointestinal cancer.
